War in Ukraine has had severe implications for the mental health of its citizens, particularly those in military service who bear significant psychological burdens. However, current treatment approaches, such as trauma-focused psychotherapy and antidepressants, have proven effective in only half of the cases.

To address this issue, the international scientific conference "The Use of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy in the Treatment of Post-Traumatic Conditions: International Experience and Prospects for Implementation in Ukraine" aims to provide mental health specialists, military personnel, veterans, and government officials with knowledge about the advantages and drawbacks of using psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy as a treatment modality for mental health disorders. PAT has been recognized as a breakthrough therapy in Western countries, but remains relatively unknown in Ukraine. Join us as we explore the potential benefits of this promising new approach.
